Parts and Accessory Returns

Our parts and accessories refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. No full refunds after 30 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also may be required to be in the original packaging (if applicable). To complete your return, we require an original receipt from GSA Equipment as proof of purchase. 

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any and all electrical items are not eligible for return. Sale items, only regular priced items may be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids such as fuel/oil.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

  • For returns past 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, with receipt only (no returns or refunds without a receipt).*
  • For returns on special ordered items a 20% restocking fee will be applied, with receipt only (no returns or refunds without a receipt).*
  • If the items are not in their original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

*GSA Equipment reserves the right to refuse to return an item, even with a receipt, if it is determined that the item has lost value and/or is no longer able to be resold.

Parts and Accessory Refunds

If your item is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed via the original method of payment, in store only. 

Late or missing refunds

Refunds to credit cards typically take anywhere from 24-72 hours to show up in your account.



Equipment Returns

GSA Equipment offers an in house warranty on our used equipment for an additional cost. This used warranty includes a 60 day exchange policy (call for used warranty/exchange details). This warranty must be purchased at time equipment was purchased to be valid. 

There are NO returns/refunds on any new equipment. This includes all new lawn mowers, zero turns, lawn tractors, garden tractors, trimmers, saws, push mowers, self-propelled mowers, snow blowers, hedge trimmers, electric mowers, blowers and any and all other new power equipment sales. All sales are final.
